The idea of a public loan was by then a major financial innovation for this North African part of the Ottoman Empire. And this process has logically huge consequences, forcing the administration and the people of Tunis, to adapt and to cope with new financials tools and concepts. I will analyze those adaptations by

Gabrielle Angey (doctorante en sociologie politique à l’EHESS)Ecoles turques en Afrique subsahariennelundi 6 mai 2013 à 11h à l’IFEA Intervention en français Cette thèse porte sur un objet précis : les écoles turques en Afrique subsaharienne. Il vise à travers son objet à exposer les réseaux de pouvoir qui s’inscrivent dans la présence turque en Afrique (normalisation de la forme de la présence turque en Afrique ?), à approcher les rapports public/privé qui s’y jouent et enfin à étudier l’accueil fait par les populations africaines à cette présence et les possibilités de réappropriation de ces réseaux turcs qui en découleraient (adaptation de la présence turque en Afrique ?).
Dans mes recherches «le patrimoine invisible et espace public en Iran» basé sur le patrimoine urbain, à travers des enquêtes de terrains et des analyses de discours des spécialistes, j’ai redéfini la notion du patrimoine dans les villes iraniennes et proposé une nouvelle classification des valeurs patrimoniales en complément à celle proposée par l’UNESCO. Cette nouvelle classification prend en compte non seulement le patrimoine immatériel (la musique, les traditions orales etc.), mais aussi le patrimoine «émotionnel» et «sensible» qui correspond à une relation sans intermédiaire entre la personne et l’objet patrimonial et qui n’est pas mesurable par des méthodes quantitatives et des enquêtes de terrain.
