Project Title:

From A Biographical Perspective: Ottoman Finances and the Ottoman Middle East in the pre-First World War Period.
The project will focus on understanding the complex character of the investments, finances, diplomacy, and politics in the Ottoman Empire concerning the Great Powers from the biographical methodology.
