Doktora semineri « Sınırlar ve sınır ötesi ilişkiler » 12-24 Eylül 2011Mainz/Metz/Schweighofen (Palatinat)l’UMR 8138 IRICE – Mayence Üniversitesi – Gençlik için Fransa-Almanya Ofisi – Atina Fransız Okulu ve Fransız Anadolu Araştırmaları Enstitüsü tarafından düzenlenmiştir. Doktora öğrencilerine yönelik bu seminerin amacı uluslararası ilişkilerde sivil toplumun oynadığı rolü mercek altına almak ve toplumsal aktörlerin devlet aktörlerine göre olan özerklik seviyeleri ve bu aktörler arasındaki bağımlılık ilişkilerini analiz etmektir. Bu inceleme Yunanistan-Türkiye ve Fransa-Almanya yakınlaşma ve uzalaşma süreçlerine uygulanmıştır.
